Light at the end of the tunnel

There is a light at the end of the tunnel after all. I am in week 9 on my two college courses that I am taking right now. I am nervous about turning in my finals but at the same time I am excited because I have good grades on both of these classes so far. I can't wait to get my refund check though and I hope that it does not take too long for me to receive that.
On another note my children have been very sick. My son was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection last week and he also developed an ear infection. Last week was not his week at all I felt bad for the little one because he had no energy. Of course he has been sharing those germs with his little sister because she has been having a cough as well but it has been going around so we are not the only ones at home dealing with sick children.
Next week I will be having my other two wisdom teeth removed. I am excited about it but I am hoping that the recovery won't be as bad as my other surgery when it took the right side molars. After my teeth are removed I have done a consultation for invisalign and I am hoping that after all of this I can save some money for the down payment to start the impresisons because it takes a few months before you can start the treatment.
That is all for now. It is crunch time with the final projects due this week and I am a little busy.
Until next time take care. I will update on my grades.

Delicious Food

Last night was pretty fun. The family went to Chilis to wind down for the weekend and relax. Ended up eating some delicious Baby Back Ribs with some mashed potatoes and macaroni salad.
Kamila decided that it was time to try table foods last night and ate mashed potatoes and ribs. She loved it. After eating that she ate a whole jar of baby food followed by a bottle of milk. Can you tell that she loves to eat?!
Today I spent my day runnin errands for the husband and spend quality time with my daughter. I talked to my parents on the phone and oerall it was a good day.
Tomorrow my home in Georgia finally sells. Thank God! 9 months of running around and having our family running crazy it's finally over. I have been stressing about this house since the day I left it early this year. But I am thankful that we have a great family that makes good team work....so THANK YOU! to my dear family.
Well time for me to dig in on some delicious steak, mashed potatoes with gravy and some vegetables....yum!

Aloha!

Quick Update

So it's been quite a few weeks that I haven't written a blog but I have been busy writing a paper for two classes that are due in three more weeks as a final exam. I am getting very nervous about it but at the same time I am excited to finish these two classes and move on to the next ones. From there I can see the light at the end of the tunnel to graduating and receiving my Associate's Degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism.
I have been looking for a job as well. It hasn't been very easy here in Hawaii. Some of the positions that I have applied to here in the hotel industry do not benefit me by being bilingual in Spanish. The jobs aailable here are required to know some knowledge of the Hawaiian language and to also speak Japanese. There was another opportunity part time with AT&T but after a phone interview, I was told that I am over qualified for the position.
Maybe this is God's way of telling me to focus on my school and my children or maybe there is something better for me coming up in the near future who knows.
My children are doing great. My son has been doing good in Day Care and he gets along with the others kids just fine, and my daughter is going to be one next month. Time has been moving way too fast for me. I still remember it like yesterday when I had her three weeks early. My birthday is also coming up. I am getting older. Im not goingt osay how old on here but let's just say that I would be too old or too young.
